Poor service from 1st counter in order to get the queue ticket by sending customer to the wrong counter service, when came back to her, she left the counter unattended for long while... until she returned to clear the new queue ticket for the right counter with bad manner to customer!!! Wasting my time for that incident!! What a shame to have such a staff at the 1st counter for AIA HQ.

Can't get rid of their sms spam. Never agreed to get any notifications from them, never used their service and at this point never will. Called them to ask to stop spamming me and the operator just hung up the phone mid sentence. Considering all that, I question the legality of obtaining my contact details by them. Think twice before using their services.

I'm so sorry but This is the worst insurance company I have ever met, They never answer the phone calls, after an income as an inpatient they refuse to pay directly to the hospital, I spend 6 hours waiting for a respond from them. when you make the claim for reimbursement they always refuse. They try to find all possible ways to avoid payment, they do not allow early diagnoses only until the patient can no longer do anything to recover, you can buy this policy but you couldn't ever get sick, and if you are a foreigner living in Thailand it is much worse. I feel if you life depended on AiA Thailand, then you are condemned to die. I feel abused, discriminated against, AIA Thailand make me feel guilty for getting sick. It is the worst treatment I have ever had. Please do not purchase this insurance is a waste of money and the stress to manage the situation with them is very high.
